Add Custom Labels to Customer

In order to add a custom label, first click on the Customers page. Once you are in the customer database, click on the customer for which you would like to add a custom label. This will open the customer record preview where you can quickly view pertinent information about your customer including verification results, agreement status, and completed data.

From this customer record preview, you may also add custom labels in the Labels field. To do so, click into the field, then begin typing your custom label. When you are ready to save the label, press enter.

The label text box will also search your database for additional custom labels that were previously created so that you can link other customers together.

In order to filter your customer database by custom labels in Under, click on the Customers page. Once you are in the customer database, at the top of the page, click on Custom Labels, then select the custom labels that you would like to view.
