Click into any field on the PDF. This will change the LHSB to allow you to choose a field from the form, add a default value, make this a read only field, or change the appearance.

Signature, Initials, and Date Signed Fields
When you click and drag a signature, initial, or date field onto the PDF you will have the option to connect that field to the Primary Signer or Additional Owners. By default the Signature, Initials, and Date Signed are connected to the Primary Signer.
Additional Owners
If you have used the Additional Owner field from the Under Dictionary or the Additional Signer field on the Form you will have the option to correlate the signature field to other signers. Date Signed will be automatically populated after the user signs the application.
Agent Signature
You can also mark this as an Agent Signature field
