The icon at the top right of the left-hand sidebar (LHSB) allows you to View by Form Section or View All Fields on the Form
Colors and Numbers at the end of the row
Green Cap = Mapped
Gray Cap = Not Mapped
Number = Number of times this field is mapped on the PDF
Colors on boxes on the PDF
Purple field = Mapped field
Gray field = Form Fill field
A Form Fill field allows you to add a default value on the Template or in the PDF tab within the customer record
